Creative Brief: Reflect the tone and mood of the debut album from Kevin Woodward.

Role: Art Director & Designer

Process: Working from a few early demos I began brainstorming word associations that reflected the album. From there I started sketching ideas and ideating rough concepts. I gave time to explore techniques like scanned documents and distorted prints to give the ideas dimensionality.

Key takeaway: In the end, the photograph of rising bubbles best captured the tone of the record.
