Creative Brief: Create custom illustrations for an email building awareness about the two main services of CBR.
Role: Graphic Designer and Illustator
Process: I worked very closely with the email strategy lead to build out this email. The process included: brainstorming, sketching, illustrating, and refinement. The resulting work crafts an impactful story—it captures the blood and tissue characters teaming up to beat the cancer cell.
Impact: These illustrations helped create a significant boost in driving upsells for both repeat clients (101% lift) and first-time enrollments (28% lift). These metrics were taken from a year over year benchmark.
